Meet Steph Mac
I never set out to become a teacher, healer or mentor.
Looking back, life simply kept placing me exactly where I needed to be.
I was the child who came home covered in paint. Who carried heavy feelings to the river before I had words for what I was doing. Somehow, I knew the river could hold what I couldn't.
Years later I found myself restoring rivers, facilitating communities, studying consciousness, sitting in forests, painting murals, holding women's circles and mentoring people through profound moments of change. None of it was planned. I wasn't building a methodology. I was trying to understand my own life.
Every experience became another teacher. Every forest. Every painting. very woman. Every conversation. Looking back, I can see they were never separate paths. They were all teaching me how human beings remember who they are.
