In te reo Māori, awa means river, flow and current, the living movement of life itself. This course is a return to that current. A reclamation of your body, your creative essence, your feminine power and your deepest inner knowing.
AWAKENING is a four-week initiatory journey for women ready to reconnect with themselves through embodiment, creativity, cyclical wisdom and soul remembrance. Through guided practices, ritual, meditation and creative activation, you will be led back into your own living truth.

Week 3 She Sees It All in Herself / Explore energy, imagination, and abstract expression. Release defeat and reclaim the unseen parts of yourself.
Week 4 She Is Life Itself / Dive into menstrual wisdom, womb intelligence, and sacred receiving. Fully integrate your creative and feminine power.
Closing Integration & Devotion / Return fully to your body, voice, and flow with ritual, reflection, and embodiment practices.
